Interns selected for the Brokers International Intern Program should be positive, upbeat individuals willing to develop various skills, including communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and teamwork abilities. During the program, interns will have the opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry while becoming familiar with its trends, challenges, and best practices. The intern can expect to collaborate with experienced professionals who provide valuable mentorship and guidance.

Interns can expect to do the following during their internship at BI:

Assist with market research, preparing and analyzing reports, learning sales best practices, and supporting the company’s day-to-day operations.

Receive regular supervisor feedback will enable interns to enhance their professional competencies and prepare for future roles in the industry.
